Virtual Visits
Prepare for your visit
Get ready for your virtual visit by picking a quiet, well-lit room that you will be comfortable in.
Collect the following items and have them ready for your meeting:
- All your current prescriptions and over-the-counter medications that you take
- Your insurance card
- Contact information of your current pharmacy and providers
- Any questions that you or your caretaker have about Mosaic
Get your device (phone/tablet/computer) ready:
- Make sure it is charged
- Have your browser of choice ready to use (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer)
- Close all unneeded programs
Inform Mosaic:
If you need a translator or plan on having a caregiver, power of attorney, or relative join the meeting with you, please let your Mosaic Onboarding Specialist know at the beginning of the call.
What to expect from your visit
Our goal is to learn more about you and the medications you currently take. We want to set up your monthly medication shipments and ensure that you are on your best medication regimen.
During our virtual visit, we’ll be reviewing:
- Information about yourself
- Your medical history
- Your pharmacy/provider information
- All medications you currently take
- Any co-pay questions or concerns you have
How to start your visit
- Mosaic uses Zoom to conduct video visits. You do not need the Zoom app installed on your computer. To join the meeting, click on the link to in the email you received from Mosaic.
- After clicking on the link, your web browser will open. You will have the option to join the meeting by using the web browser or Zoom app.
- Most people find it easier to join the meeting using their web browser. Simply click on "Join from Your Browser". Use this option if you do not want to download the app.
- If you want to install Zoom, click on “Download Now” and open the file at the bottom left corner of the browser. The Zoom meeting should automatically open by recognizing the link you clicked earlier.
- If not, enter the Meeting ID (from your previous Mosaic email) in the "Join Meeting" section within the app.
- Regardless of how you join the meeting, next, enter your full name and click “Join Meeting”.
- You will now enter the waiting room. Make sure your video is turned on and your device’s volume is turned up.
- Once you’ve been admitted, click “Join with Computer Audio”, and enjoy your meeting!
